📋 Description
• Deliver interactive sessions to healthcare students on placement, supporting their learning and development. • Provide guidance and feedback to students on their clinical practice. • Liaise with university tutors and placement providers to ensure students receive the best possible learning experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Current registration with NMC • Experience of working within Primary Care settings • Proven experience in a clinical setting. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to delivering high-quality training and supporting student learning. • Experience in delivering training or facilitating learning (desirable). • A teaching qualification or relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable).
