📋 Description
• Key contributor to healthcare data management projects • Focus on claims and encounter data • Supports extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, data validation, and reporting • Develops and maintains data dictionaries • Conducts audits and collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting • Training team members on data management best practices • Ensuring compliance with health data regulations • Works with a wide array of healthcare data types
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a quantitative discipline. • At least three (3) years of experience with ETL processes in a Microsoft SQL server environment. • At least three (3) years of data warehousing experience. • Excellent SQL programming skills required. • Experience gathering and refining requirements, interviewing business users to understand and document data requirements is required. • Strong attention to detail, documenting business and technical requirement based on user interviews is required. • Database testing experience required. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is required. • Experience working with healthcare data. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and work with multiple teams.
