• HealthCare.com is one of America’s fastest-growing insurtech companies, revolutionizing health insurance shopping. • The Director of Sales - Pharmacy identifies and fulfills patients' pharmaceutical needs by leveraging healthcare provider networks. • Act as primary driver of sales activities and secure patient prescriptions. • Establish and refine sales workflows for scalable team expansion. • Recruit, train, and mentor growing sales teams. • Market Pharmacy Services to healthcare providers and enhance reporting on sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in sales/marketing, healthcare, or a science-related field is preferred. • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of building and managing successful teams. • 5+ years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device sales. • Experience in dermatology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or immunology is highly preferred. • Demonstrated success in selling injectable or office-administered biologics is an advantage. • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive results both individually and through a team. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving patient care.
