📋 Description
• Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events • Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process • Provide brief, easy-to-understand explanations of the measurements performed and the health indicators collected, within your professional scope of practice • Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses, or lung function tests • Ensure a hygienic, professional, and well-organised on-site process • Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment • Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events • Document relevant procedures in accordance with internal quality standards
🎯 Requirements
• Completed nursing qualification or healthcare-related degree officially recognised in Switzerland • Alternatively, another recognised healthcare qualification, provided you are legally authorised to perform venous blood collection in Switzerland • Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently • Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner • Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people • Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style • Strong awareness of hygiene, quality, and data protection requirements • Willingness to travel to one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations • A valid driving licence is considered an advantage but is not mandatory • Fluency in German, French, or Italian, depending on the assignment location • Good English skills are considered an advantage • Previous experience in health screenings, preventive healthcare, occupational health, or corporate health events is considered an advantage
