• Generating and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders. • Assisting in the development and documentation of new reporting processes. • Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. • Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Supporting the documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices. • Assisting in tracking project progress. • Striving to improve process; isolating areas for improvement and delivering change for effectiveness and efficiency. • Troubleshoot data input/output format as it relates to claim structure (JSON) as defined in the API data dictionary. • Test and troubleshoot claim results as it relates to backend processing (JSON) using third party automation tools such as Postman. • Support systems and partner integration testing, reports, and correspondence testing. • Support capturing defects, performing initial triage, tracking and re-testing remediation.
• Technical experience with health insurance systems, especially with healthcare insurance payors, focusing on software integration. • Exposure to projects involving data analysis and migrations, including data mapping, transformation, and results reconciliation. • Basic understanding of Restful APIs, JSON, and tools like Postman. • Familiarity with gathering and analyzing requirements for enterprise applications. • Knowledge of CMS 1500 and UB04 claims forms. • Understanding of Medicare claim pricing and editing. • Basic knowledge of XML and JSON. • Familiarity with SQL databases and understanding of tables and relations. • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. • Experience with issue tracking systems like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
