📋 Description

• Partner with team and department leaders for the delivery of project-based activities • Provide estimates and project charter documentation for on-going and new initiatives • Maintain direct control over project planning • Develop and manage the overall program/project plans and timeline • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute the migration strategy • Identify and manage project risks and issues • Ensure that project deliverables are high quality and meet customer requirements • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in related field • PMP certification is a plus • 5+ years of experience managing large scale, enterprise-class, software delivery-based projects • Experience managing teams of 8+ resources within a matrixed environment • Solid understanding/experience of Project Management tools (Smartsheet is a plus) • Experience managing projects using the Scrum Agile software development framework • Preference for general understanding of healthcare payor workflows
