📋 Description

• Build and ship solutions on the Salesforce platform for your GTM domain. • Lead AI strategy and enablement, partnering with GTM teams. • Embed yourself in how GTM teams actually work. • Design solutions for longevity — thinking upstream and downstream. • Connect what you build to business outcomes. • Contribute to the team's AI-first operating model. • Support platform health: data integrity, security, and day-to-day responsiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles. • Proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end (configuration, flows, objects, integrations, data). • Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset. • Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation. • Strong systems thinking — you see upstream and downstream impacts. • Stakeholder fluency. • Data fluency. • Comfort with ambiguity. • Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato , Boomi or similar) is a strong plus. • Familiarity with the full GTM ecosystem.
