📋 Description
• Build and ship Salesforce platform for your GTM domain • Lead AI strategy and enablement • Be the trusted partner to GTM teams • Think in systems for longevity and scalability • Measure what matters by connecting solutions to business outcomes • Raise the bar on team’s AI-first operating model • Support platform health: data integrity, security, integrations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles • Proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end • Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset • Experience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation • Strong systems thinking • Stakeholder fluency • Data fluency • Comfort with ambiguity • Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi or similar) is a strong plus • Familiarity with the full GTM ecosystem
