📋 Description

• Lead the FP&A function supporting the Risk Adjustment organization • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts • Own the preparation and review of monthly revenue and expense forecasts • Direct the build, maintenance, and enhancement of complex financial models • Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting packages • Lead financial analyses, executive commentary, and presentation materials for monthly executive and operational reviews • Provide deep technical and analytical expertise, and guide the team • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on system implementations • Champion the design and enhancement of automated reporting, dashboards, and data models • Develop and maintain a quantitative and qualitative analytics framework • Identify and lead opportunities for process standardization, automation, and efficiency gains • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enable FP&A to scale effectively • Escalate risks, opportunities, and key business drivers to senior finance and Risk Adjustment leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, finance business partnering, or related analytical roles • Prior direct people management experience strongly preferred • Risk Adjustment experience within FP&A or a closely related healthcare finance function strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar subject area; Master's degree or MBA preferred • Strong understanding of P&L with an ability to link operational drivers to financial outcomes • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Proven ability to lead multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing priorities • Highly organized with a track record of building standardized, efficient, and scalable processes • Experience leading or participating in financial system implementations, migrations, or planning tool enhancements a plus • Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, complex formulas, large datasets); • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or automation platforms is a strong plus • Experience using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) / Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution strongly preferred
