📋 Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex application releases at HealthEdge. • Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, guiding release strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes. • Mentor junior team members and influence continuous improvement of release management frameworks. • Own end-to-end planning and execution of highly complex, multi-team release cycles. • Communicate release status, risk posture, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Design and champion release management processes and standards, including change control procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in release coordination, release management, or a closely related role within a software development organization. • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-product or multi-team release cycles with a high degree of independence. • Advanced proficiency in release management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms. • Experience with release automation frameworks, CI/CD pipeline concepts, and integration tooling in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and release branching strategies. • Strong understanding of change control frameworks, risk management concepts, and operational readiness criteria.
