📋 Description

• Support pricing strategy and commercial modeling for large, complex deals • Partner with Sales, Advisory/Consulting, Transformation, FP&A, and Operations teams • Develop value-based pricing models that are competitive and aligned with margin targets • Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, pricing approach, and margin expectations • Validate pricing assumptions including cost structures and efficiency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) • 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, Strategy, or Consulting roles • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at leadership levels • Strong understanding of margin structures, cost drivers, and transformation economics • Understanding of US Health Insurance Payer market is an added advantage
