📋 Description
• Provide individual therapy for clients involved in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases • Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists • Deliver trauma-informed care tailored to injury-related psychological and cognitive conditions • Provide occasional therapy services to adolescent clients (ages 7+) • Maintain a structured, outcome-focused approach to short-term therapy (8–12 sessions per client)
🎯 Requirements
• Active AZ LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license • Bilingual English/Spanish • Master’s degree in a related field • Trauma-informed care experience • 20–30 hours weekly availability • Comfort with telehealth services • Experience with adolescents (age 7+) • Independent clinical practice experience
