📋 Description

• Writing code (and tests) • Reviewing others' code and helping them make it better • Improving review processes and tooling • Building the APIs and business logic that power our telehealth platform • Collaborating closely with a tight-knit team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and running production web applications. • Strong Python experience, preferably with 3.8+. • Comfort working across the stack. • AI fluency. • Strong code review instincts. • Clear communication. • Comfort with healthcare subject matter. • Mission alignment. • Experience working with PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment (bonus points) • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems or healthcare integrations (HL7, FHIR) (bonus points) • A solid understanding of automated testing (bonus points) • You've worked on telehealth platforms or patient-facing healthcare applications (bonus points)
