📋 Description
• Managing emails, calendars, and schedules. • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Preparing reports, invoices, and business documents. • Coordinating meetings and projects. • Maintaining records and databases. • Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry. • Supporting sales, marketing, or HR functions. • Using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, Salesforce, or CRM systems.
🎯 Requirements
• A high school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred for some positions). • Experience in administration, customer service, or business operations. • Basic computer and internet skills. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
