📋 Description

• Design static and carousel Meta ads • Build creative from case studies, brand shoots, creator assets, and UGC assets • Develop meaningfully different executions from one concept using varied hooks, messages, formats, imagery, and visual treatments • Own design end to end from rough brief through platform-ready export • Handle layout, typography, colour, image treatment, and final export • Transform imperfect creator content, screenshots, product UI, stock, and clinical photography into thumb-stopping creative • Collaborate with creative strategists and performance marketers • Review performance data to understand spending, scaling, and audience response • Use performance insights to guide subsequent creative • Bring references, pitch formats, challenge briefs, and identify trends • Communicate blockers and keep projects organised across markets and campaigns • Build reusable templates, components, moodboards, and Figma systems • Use AI and other tools to reduce repetitive work • Partner with localisation teams across 10+ markets • Adapt layouts, copy treatment, and imagery for different languages, health systems, and credibility expectations • Report to the Senior Creative Strategist

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience in-house, agency, or freelance • Portfolio demonstrating range, strong craft, and creative work that gets attention • Strong design fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and grid • Ability to create multiple iterations that feel different while remaining within brand guidelines • Understanding of Meta’s creative delivery and Andromeda system • Understanding of creative diversity and meaningfully different executions • Performance-minded approach and ability to use performance data • Understanding of platform-native social creative • Fluent in Figma • Comfortable using the Adobe suite for image work • Creative, idea-driven, and aware of formats, references, and trends • Flexible with design tools, including AI tools • Fast, organised, and communicative; able to juggle multiple projects • Ability to create attention-grabbing work for clinicians • Resourceful, curious, and willing to learn quickly • Nice to have: experience designing landing pages or conversion-focused web work • Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, finance, or another accuracy-critical category
