📋 Description

• Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries and statutory reporting. • Oversee and improve AP, AR and revenue operations, working closely with our Revenue & AR Lead and cross-functional teams. • Ensure timely, accurate preparation of monthly management reports, financial statements, variance analysis and board-level insights. • Strengthen financial controls, compliance frameworks and policies across our multi-entity environment. • Oversee tax and regulatory obligations (GST/VAT, payroll tax, corporate compliance), supported by external advisers. • Mentor and develop accounting and finance operations team members to build a high-performance culture. • Contribute to building a scalable, proactive and value-adding finance function that supports Heidi’s rapid global growth. • Partner with Product and Engineering to support billing transformation and automation initiatives. • Identify inefficiencies, implement automation tools and enhance financial controls and operations using technology where appropriate to support scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification • Experience in financial accounting, audit, or controllership (Big 4 and/or SaaS/high-growth experience ideal) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Ability to lead and develop team members • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems. • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management. Strong sense of ownership and initiative and a proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
