• Own product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s integrations surface, including the framework, marketplace, and EMR/non-EMR connectors • Decide which integrations to build, deepen, or deprecate while balancing customer demand, regional priorities, and engineering cost • Serve as the central integration layer for Heidi’s product lines • Own the Integration Marketplace experience across Scribe and Evidence • Drive migration of connectors to the new integration framework • Translate EMR interoperability realities into product specifications • Set standards for integration quality, reliability, error handling, confirmations, latency, and recovery • Align US, UK, and APAC regional teams around a coherent platform roadmap • Work with EHR partners, integration engines, and platform teams on API changes and certification requirements • Convert recurring field feedback into platform capabilities rather than bespoke fixes • Expand integrations into document stores, clinical and drug references, scheduling systems, and secure messaging • Observe customer workflows, diagnose integration failures, write PRDs, and make build-versus-configure decisions
• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related field • 4+ years in product, integrations, or technical roles • Fluency with SMART on FHIR, HL7 v2 including ADT, ORM, and ORU, FHIR resources, and OAuth flows for clinical apps • Experience shipping platform or framework products that become configurable modules for subsequent customers • Ability to make build-versus-configure trade-offs • Ability to maintain a coherent roadmap amid competing regional priorities • Ability to read integration logs and distinguish model, framework, and customer-specific configuration issues • Experience building with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with work samples to demonstrate usage • Fluency with LLM concepts and systems including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation • Ability to translate LLM concepts into reliable user-facing products • Strong opinions, weakly held • Execution-oriented and able to operate without extensive support functions
