• Partner with franchisees to review business performance and identify opportunities. • Provide coaching in operations, staffing, training, marketing, and guest experience. • Review financial performance and recommend improvements. • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and guest experience standards. • Provide coaching to help franchisees reach growth and profitability goals. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resources and best practices.
• 3+ years in franchise operations, multi-unit management, or consulting. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs. • Excellent communication and coaching abilities. • Experience in membership-driven wellness and/or fitness industries. • Willingness to travel throughout the United States regularly (up to 50% of time).
