📋 Description

• Identify and qualify complex B2B leads at decision-maker level • Conduct outbound sales primarily by phone, complemented by targeted social selling and email campaigns • Work closely with the sales team and hand over highly qualified leads for the closing process • Maintain the CRM meticulously and ensure transparent pipeline management for sales and marketing • Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and outbound campaigns • Monitor industry trends, participate in strategic training, and share best practices and sales techniques with the team • Manage KPIs and contribute to achieving the company’s goals

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for the sales process • Experience and proficiency in a digital remote setup • Excellent self-organization and a high degree of ownership • Strong resilience and the ability to solve challenges strategically • Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-growing environment • Excellent German skills at native-speaker level • Additional languages are a strong plus
