📋 Description
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth • Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments • Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR • Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
🎯 Requirements
• Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Experience serving children, teens, and families • Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
