📋 Description

• Contacting prospective patients by phone to advise them about participating in online therapy programs • Providing detailed explanations of how the therapy programs work and what participation involves • Conducting needs assessments to determine whether the programs are suitable for individual patient needs • Addressing questions and concerns from prospective patients • Explaining the prescription process and assisting with registration • Supporting registered patients with organizational or technical questions during their participation • Managing the support chat for prospective patients, registered program participants, and users of the Ello AI app

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Psychology (B.Sc. or higher) • Patient, empathetic approach to patients’ concerns • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly • Independent, proactive working style and strong organizational skills • Excellent technical aptitude • Willingness to learn support and CRM tools such as Zendesk and Jira • Very good written and spoken German • Fluent English • Good knowledge of the German healthcare system (a plus) • Interest in the digitalization of healthcare and digital therapeutic applications (DiGAs) (a plus) • Experience with digital healthcare services or in a clinical or psychological setting (a plus)
