📋 Description

• Advise Product and Engineering teams on legal implications of product features • Provide legal guidance on data privacy, HIPAA, corporate practice of medicine, consumer protection • Partner with Security and Compliance to support responsible AI governance initiatives • Advise on intellectual property strategy, including patent, trade secret matters • Monitor relevant industry trends, emerging case law, enforcement actions • Provide practical legal guidance on emerging product, regulatory enforcement, privacy, commercial, contractual, consumer protection, and healthcare-related legal risks • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, compliance, security, and operational teams

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of legal experience in healthcare, digital health, or health technology • Strong AI fluency • Experience advising on product development, regulatory submissions, technology-related legal matters, and consumer-facing product disclosures • Familiarity with AI and machine learning governance frameworks • Juris Doctor from an accredited United States law school and active license in good standing with a state bar. • Significant experience advising on legal issues arising from digital health products
