📋 Description
•Un Backend Engineer en ++hellohello trabaja en la migración de nuestra infraestructura backend de Python (Django) a TypeScript (tRPC) para un cliente en la industria Web3. •Colabora estrechamente con el equipo técnico, incluyendo líderes técnicos y el cliente, garantizando la planificación, desarrollo y ejecución eficiente de esta transición clave, manteniendo estándares de calidad y optimización en el desarrollo.
🎯 Requirements
•+ de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, con un enfoque en TypeScript y tRPC. •Experiencia previa trabajando con Python y Django. •Familiaridad con herramientas y tecnologías como Celery queues, Temporal workflows o Apache Druid (es un plus). •Experiencia en proyectos con clientes basados en Estados Unidos. •Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para manejar expectativas de manera efectiva. •Habilidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y demostrar iniciativa en proyectos complejos. •Compromiso con la calidad del código y buenas prácticas de desarrollo. •Muy buen nivel de inglés oral y escrito.
