📋 Description

• Create, configure, and tune DLP policies to support data protection requirements • Monitor and investigate DLP alerts and data security incidents • Analyse potential data loss events and determine remediation actions • Manage and troubleshoot DLP-related issues across business and user environments • Support data protection compliance activities and audit requirements • Configure and maintain Zscaler DLP, Symantec DLP, Proofpoint, and MIP/Purview • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve data security issues • Respond to business and user requirements during working hours • Identify opportunities to improve DLP controls, processes, and overall data security • Document investigations, policy changes, incidents, and remediation activities • Collaborate with technical and business teams to address data security risks and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) • Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler DLP, Symantec DLP, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) / Purview • Experience creating, configuring, and tuning DLP policies • Expertise in DLP alert and incident investigation • Experience supporting data protection compliance and audit activities • Stakeholder engagement, communication, and issue-resolution capabilities • Previous experience in banking or financial services environments, preferably regulated • Experience working in regulated environments and managing data protection requirements • Python or Java development skills advantageous • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • BPSS clearance eligibility required • Legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship • Able to work on a PAYE through an umbrella company basis
