• Experience leading engineering teams • Strong technical judgement and ability to navigate architecture, platform and operational decisions • Experience with payment processors, banking integrations, reconciliation systems or money movement infrastructure • Experience with high-availability, mission-critical systems • Experience working closely with risk, compliance, fraud or operational teams • Experience managing complex third-party integrations, vendors or platform partnerships • Experience helping scale engineering organizations through periods of significant growth
