• Join Helprise – one of the fastest growing outsourcing and consultancy firms providing the best talent, know-how and solutions for the execution of business processes. • Be part of building an ecosystem that gives unique value to our customers, partners, candidates and employees. • We are seeking an experienced and certified AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives across our global enterprise. • You will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and success measurement of scalable AI projects — from demand forecasting to intelligent automation. • This is a business-critical role for someone who combines project excellence, understanding of AI technologies, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Own and manage AI project lifecycles — from initiation through to deployment and monitoring • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, engineers, business owners, legal, IT security) • Ensure deliverables meet time, cost, scope, and quality expectations • Manage vendors and partners providing AI tools, data, or external expertise • Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and project outcomes to leadership teams • Identify and proactively mitigate risks related to data quality, regulatory compliance, and ethical use of AI • 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in AI/ML-related initiatives • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification required • Experience working with platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, or OpenAI • Ability to translate technical outputs into business impacts • Experience managing global or multi-regional projects in matrixed environments
