📋 Description

• Helprise is an organization that combines global reach with local talent. • We work for companies that value quality, partnership, and responsibility. • By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. • We are currently looking for a Project Manager with a strong track record in Cybersecurity to lead key IT security initiatives for our global client. • This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, requiring deep knowledge of cybersecurity domains, technical fluency, and the ability to challenge and coordinate with cyber SMEs and architects. • YOU WILL • Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across global IT environments. • Work closely with technical SMEs, solution architects, and security experts to ensure alignment and accountability. • Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure delivery across infrastructure, security, and compliance workstreams. • Provide project reporting, executive summaries, and risk dashboards to leadership. • Ensure adherence to internal cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements. • Track project progress, manage timelines, and resolve roadblocks in cooperation with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing cybersecurity-related projects in large-scale IT environments. • Solid understanding of key cybersecurity domains (e.g., identity & access management, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, threat detection). • Ability to collaborate and challenge technical teams (SMEs, architects, engineers) on solution design and delivery approach. • Proven skills in project governance, stakeholder management, and risk reporting. • Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX). • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical detail into business-friendly language. • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint or equivalent tools. • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage parallel streams independently. • NICE TO HAVE: • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, CISSP, CISM, or CISA. • Background in risk management, incident response, or cybersecurity operations.
