📋 Description

• Develop and implement PMO strategy, standards, and project management frameworks. • Identify and nurture talent in project management. • Manage IT portfolios and programs, ensuring effective resource and risk management. • Prioritize IT projects, monitoring costs, resources, and timelines. • Lead the execution of complex digital projects and promote success stories within the organization. • Organize bi-monthly digital business review meetings. • Support the creation of initial project descriptions and business cases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT and digital transformation. • - Strong understanding of PMO strategies and frameworks. • - Ability to identify and develop project management talent. • - Experience managing complex IT portfolios and programs. • - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • - Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations. • - Preferred: Experience in digitalization, strong problem-solving skills, and risk management abilities.
