📋 Description

• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track. • Support Project Managers and PMO by maintaining structured processes, templates, and reporting standards. • Prepare and update dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and transparency of project data. • Monitor risks and issues, proactively flagging potential delays and supporting mitigation planning. • Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams. • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects. • Ensure documentation quality, version control, and proper archiving of project materials. • Support commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in‑store activation materials. • Collaborate with key business areas including Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Contribute to GTR business priorities by supporting initiatives that drive commercial performance and retail excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• - 4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support roles. • - Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment. • - Proficiency in project management tools, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint dashboards. • - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. • - Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously and identify risks early. • - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • - A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and a high level of accountability. • - Experience working with commercial marketing, retail, content, or commercial planning teams is a strong advantage. • - Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international environments. • - Very good command of English. • - Availability to work within a flexible time window (6:00–17:00) to support Asia‑based projects when needed.
