📋 Description

• Lead and manage the integration of two Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Coordinate and oversee a gap analysis covering approximately 50 processes. • Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. • Develop and maintain structured project documentation, plans, and reports. • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.

🎯 Requirements

• - Proven experience as a **Project Manager**, ideally in the **Quality, Operations, or Product Management** domain. • - Strong agility and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment. • - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • - Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset. • - Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently. • - Self-driven approach and capability to work independently. • - Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
