If you’re a strong communicator with experience in coordinating cross-functional projects – and want to grow your project leadership skills in a truly global environment – we’d love to hear from you.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, ideally in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing setting. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional, international projects involving multiple stakeholders and locations • Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience in budget management and cost control • High level of cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across different time zones and organizational levels • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills – especially in high-pressure or change-resistant environments • Interest in and ability to collaborate closely with technical departments, both at the global and local level • Structured, analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
