📋 Description

• Contribute to cloud architectural designs using AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars: Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, and Cost Optimization • Own the AWS footprint, including ECS Fargate services, Lambda and Batch workloads, RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache Redis, S3, CloudWatch, networking/IAM, and Bedrock • Manage infrastructure as code with reviewable, repeatable provisioning for dev, test, staging, and production environments • Operate the observability and self-hosted Langfuse stack, including deployment, upgrades, backup/restore, and access control • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and platform conformance gates, including logging-standard contract tests and a logging-conformance linter • Own secrets management, artifact/image pipelines, and blue/green or rolling deployment strategies • Operate the OpenTelemetry pipeline from SDK through Collector and CloudWatch, with Langfuse for LLM traces • Maintain per-tenant usage and cost infrastructure, platform dashboards, alerting, and SLOs • Maintain trace retention and masking according to data-governance standards • Support product teams with environment issues, deployment questions, and performance debugging • Maintain security posture supporting SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR commitments through least-privilege IAM, network isolation, encryption, and audit trails • Support PII-masking architecture at the infrastructure level

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, SRE, or DevOps roles running production workloads on AWS (and other Cloud Platforms, preferred) • Deep hands-on experience with ECS (or EKS), RDS, ElastiCache, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC networking • Strong infrastructure-as-code practice with Terraform or CDK • CI/CD ownership using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar • Experience with Claude Code and AI Spec Driven Design • Experience operating stateful open-source systems in production, including ClickHouse or comparable columnar/analytics stores such as Druid or Pinot, or transferable database operations depth with Postgres at scale, Elasticsearch, or Kafka • Working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including collectors, exporters, sampling, and instrumentation conventions • Security-first approach to IAM policies, secrets, and data boundaries • Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred • Experience self-hosting LLM/GenAI tooling such as Langfuse, LiteLLM, or vLLM, or operating GenAI workloads such as Bedrock and token cost management preferred • Scripting/automation fluency in Python or Go preferred • Prior work in a compliance-driven environment involving SOC 2 audits, HIPAA, or GDPR data residency preferred • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS operations, including tenant isolation, per-tenant metering, and noisy-neighbor management preferred • FinOps experience with AWS cost allocation, tagging strategies, and per-tenant cost attribution preferred
