📋 Description

• As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our customers — from implementation to successful adoption of our software. • You work closely with finance teams and help them replace Excel-based processes with modern, scalable controlling and planning solutions. • Responsible for onboarding and implementing new customers • Conduct implementation calls, workshops, and product training • Analyze and optimize finance and controlling processes • Advise finance teams on adopting our software • Work closely with Product and Engineering to further develop our platform

🎯 Requirements

• Background in accounting, controlling, tax advisory, or finance operations • Experience with DATEV or similar systems and a strong interest in financial software and digitization • Structured and highly organized work style — you keep an overview even when handling many topics • Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills and excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
