📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted on-site coating expert for marine vessels, wind turbines, and industrial facilities • Guide applicators, distributors, contractors, engineers, and consultants in applying Hempel products • Support customers in solving challenges, optimizing results, and maximizing Hempel coating performance • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Customer Care, Coating Advisors, and other internal teams • Ensure applications follow Product Data Sheets, working specifications, technical and industrial standards, procedures, and best practices • Manage sophisticated, large-scale projects from start to finish • Prepare and share detailed daily progress reports and final reports • Promote Hempel coating solutions and communicate service and product benefits • Support internal and external service-strategy initiatives and balanced solutions • Conduct training, condition surveys, and line inspection surveys • Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution • Represent Hempel’s brand and product portfolio to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the Maritime Industry • Expertise in shipyard and dry-docking operations • Strong understanding of naval maintenance requirements and constraints • Degree in Engineering (Construction, Marine, Chemical, Metallurgy) or equivalent practical experience within coating industry • FROSIO or NACE certification highly preferred but not mandatory • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English • Ability to use technical terminology in Greek and English • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships • Ability to represent Hempel on-site with integrity • Adaptability to dynamic environments and flexibility to work across teams and project types • Initiative, ownership, and ability to manage time-sensitive situations • Must hold a valid driving license • Application letter and CV in English
