📋 Description

• Provide active technical field support to installers and dealers • Recruit new sanitary, heating, and gas installers in collaboration with local dealers and/or agents • Develop sustainable cooperation with installers and dealers • Support projects involving architects, consultancies, and housing corporations • Develop a network to position Henco as a partner • Manage existing customers and promote the latest developments • Develop commercial activities to increase Henco’s turnover • Prospect new dealers and establish business development programmes • Drive geographic development, spread risks, increase turnover, and grow the user base • Analyse market developments and sales activities • Report regularly to the Export Manager • Work from home in the Athens Capital Area and surroundings, with occasional travel to Cyprus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor level educated or equivalent thinking level • Experience in the HVAC sector and a technical mindset is an absolute must • Fluent in Greek and English, written and spoken • Dynamic person with business acumen and strong commercial talent • Ability to assume responsibility and work results-oriented • Entrepreneurial ability to work independently in structuring and planning • Positive can-do mentality in an international context • Smooth use of current software packages • Strong personality and ability to open doors at various target groups • Good knowledge and network of the heating and sanitary business
