📋 Description

• Contribute to product strategy, vision, and roadmap through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis • Define and write product requirements and user stories using tools like Figma, FigJam, Loom, and Jira Product Discovery (JPD) • Analyze competitors and market trends to ensure product relevance and differentiation • Prioritize and manage the backlog, aligning releases with business goals and sprint plans • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams to balance customer experience, effort, and impact • Act as the customer advocate to ensure usability, quality, and business value • Partner with UX and engineering to guide design, validate prototypes, and deliver high-quality releases • Coordinate with other product managers to deliver cohesive functionality across the portfolio • Track and analyze key metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with Support and Marketing to launch new features and promote adoption • Support Sales and Customer Success with product insights and expertise • Contribute to educational and marketing materials such as white papers, help docs, blog posts, and presentations • Engage with customers and represent Henry Schein One at industry events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or technology-driven environments • Proven ability to translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Experience building alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholders • Ability to see the big picture across multiple product lines and identify integration opportunities • A collaborative, customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
