📋 Description

• Manage directly or through delegation activities and the operations of the Data Conversion teams to ensure successful client software conversions. • Drive improvement projects, measured through the Net Promoter System (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Ratings. • Actively seek to improve the customer experience. • Coach and train Supervisors in department processes. • Plan for trends affecting the department and implement improvements. • Monitor department statistical reports and coach team as necessary. • Monitor department budgets and ensure budgeted expenses are not exceeded. • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and processes for the implementation team. • Collaborate with other departments to provide business continuity, support, and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers. • Excellent understanding of SQL primarily Microsoft T-SQL. • Excellent understanding of database architecture and connectivity. • Excellent understanding of both client/server and cloud based (SaaS) applications and services. • Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance including HIPAA. • Excellent experience with Agile development.
