📋 Description
• Responsible for the strategic sourcing of all indirect goods and services. • Develop and execute Global multi-year procurement strategies. • Oversee supplier relationships and drive cost savings and value creation. • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience. • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. • Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. • May hold two or more industry certifications. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies that deliver cost savings and improve efficiency across diverse categories. • Experience managing executive internal stakeholders and senior external supply partners. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
