📋 Description

• Owns and delivers on the P/L for the advertising business • Manage co-op advertising sales program and build roadmap to scale ad sales across owned channels • Plays an active role in the Key Supplier Agreements negotiated to ensure goals of agreement are met and Channels team executes all marketing activities to support arrangement. • Serve as internal marketing advocate for co-op and KSP participants • Leads monthly and quarterly "ROI" results calls with prominent suppliers and advertising partners • Acts as the liaison between the Category Management and Digital Revenue teams, to coordinate campaign brief deployment across channel owners. • Direct and oversee the creation of comprehensive reporting to provide insights relating to the performance of all marketing channels. • Responsible for the coordination of the annual media kit with the entire Henry Schein organization • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience. • Consistent track record of achieving $10MM+ in annual digital ad sales • Expert-level understanding of digital advertising channels, including paid search, display, email and social media • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics and demonstrated ability to distill data into insights that can be understood by C-suite level audiences. • Experience creating, launching and optimizing multi-media campaigns. • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
