📋 Description

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes to ensure optimal stock availability • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team, Procurement, and other functions to forecast demand and supply • Process purchase orders and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time. • Address order-related issues and provide resolution as needed. • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials • Resolve any issues related to supply delays or discrepancies in orders • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement • Prepare reports on inventory metric for management review • Assist in forecasting demand and supply needs. • Ensure accurate inventory levels are reflected on the E-commerce platform and records. • Analyze e-commerce sales data to forecast inventory needs and adjust stock levels accordingly • Co-ordinate with E-commerce team to manage sales and stock updates • Participate in supply chain improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. • Suggest process enhancements and innovative solutions to streamline operations. • Collaborate with various departments, such as procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals. • Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth flow of information and materials • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues with suppliers, working closely with the purchasing and production teams to implement corrective actions. • Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective action documentation. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process changes to enhance product quality and reduce quality-related costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. • Must have completed NYSC. • Relevant Logistics or Supply Chain certification is an added advantage. • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of Inventory Planning best practices. • Experienced in implementing good documentation practices. • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, with experience dealing with regulatory agencies. • Experience in Quality Release processes and laboratory analysis is an added advantage. • Basic understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Must have a reliable internet connection, working laptop, and the ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (9 am - 5 pm CST).
