📋 Description

• Provide technical support to customers integrating Workshop Control • Analyze and resolve complex integration and support issues • Investigate errors involving Workshop Control, customer systems, interfaces, and local environments • Analyze log files, error messages, files, transmission paths, and system configurations • Support issues involving user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions • Analyze and customize PowerShell scripts • Support Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and service account issues • Investigate network, file, printing, archiving, and handover issues • Support REST, JSON, XML, and other system integrations • Reproduce and isolate issues • Coordinate further resolution with Development, DevOps, and external partners • Communicate technical matters clearly to customers • Document root causes, resolution procedures, and recurring issues • Contribute to building a sustainable knowledge base for Support

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical support, application support, systems operations, system integration, or a comparable role • Strong understanding of how different applications, interfaces, and technical environments work together • Experience analyzing complex technical issues • Basic to good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments • Experience with PowerShell, particularly reading, modifying, and creating smaller scripts • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, users, groups, and permissions • Understanding of networks, files, services, service accounts, and automated processes • Experience with log files, REST APIs, JSON, or XML • Ability to systematically isolate technical issues and explain them clearly • Customer-focused and professional communication skills • Independent, solution-oriented, and meticulous working style
