📋 Description

• Develop and elaborate customer-specific Process Automation Solutions with customers and international Competence Centers, especially in Explosion Protection Solutions, HMI, and Ethernet-APL • Provide technical consulting and support to Sales for demanding customer projects, from requirements analysis through successful implementation • Coordinate technical requirements as the interface between customers, Sales, Competence Centers, Product Management, and Development • Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new customer applications • Contribute to the market launch of new products and technologies • Conduct technical customer training, workshops, trade fair appearances, and product presentations • Actively participate in the Expertise Team • Document and share successful customer solutions and best practices • Contribute to the continuous development of methods, KPIs, and processes within the matrix organization

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical university degree or comparable qualification • Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project business • Good knowledge of process automation, ideally in Explosion Protection Solutions, HMI, Ethernet-APL, or industrial communication • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex customer solutions • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and confident customer presence • Willingness to travel within the sales region • Very good German and good English language skills
