âą Oversee post-sale community campaign strategy and execution on digital, experiential, and sampling programs, working closely on first-to-market and VIP brand partnerships in coordination with Community Leadership âą Strategize, review and approve campaign briefs, materials and guidelines for influencers (including timelines, messaging, and requirements for their scope of work) based on client guidelines âą Oversee the creation, execution, and vetting of influencer applications, approving target influencers for projects, and conducting outreach and follow-ups as needed âą Serve as a main point of contact for influencers who participate in campaigns as needed âą Set and manage community compensation budgets and advise team members on fee negotiation as needed during execution, working cross-departmentally to ensure all influencer compensation is processed properly âą Create and review community campaign agreements, working cross-departmentally to ensure all legal requirements are met âą Collaborate cross-departmentally on influencer marketing initiatives and serve as a point of contact for clients, providing best-in-class community marketing counsel specific to brand, target, consumer and marketing objectives as needed âą Support Community Leadership during the proposal phase of community marketing campaigns, providing key insights, thought starters, and industry expertise to help us win business âą Support Community Leadership in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with talent agencies and strategic partners âą Report and leverage data and analytics to optimize and continuously expand and optimize our processes and offerings, ensuring internal databases and tracking documents are updated with accurate campaign information âą Help strategize and implement community programming, resources and initiatives relating to community marketing and campaign performance as led by the Community Management team, may include speaking opportunities
âą 5+years of full-time campaign management/influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency in client-facing role(s) âą Bachelorâs degree (or other college degree) preferred âą Demonstrated strong interest and knowledge in community-building, influencer marketing, and the college marketing industry as well as a pulse on trends in the space âą Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills âą Rigorous attention to detail and eye for design âą Superior organizational and time management abilities âą Proficiency in social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, as well as Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Drive a plus
