📋 Description

• Own assigned initiatives end-to-end. Define scope and success criteria, layout a game plan, and drive each initiative to completion and adoption. Leverage 1-page roadmaps to track progress and communicate proactively with leadership. • Partner with internal stakeholders to scope problems, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis. Work with internal and external technical experts to shape solutions that meet real business needs and reflect what differentiates Hermanson. • Facilitate effective workshops, understand stakeholder pain points, and drive consensus so process changes align with business objectives. • Develop and deliver training, communications, and support so employees adopt new processes and systems successfully. • Help define KPIs to track the impact of new processes, demonstrate delivered value, and identify further refinements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of business process analysis and project management, including demonstrated ownership of initiatives from ambiguous problems through delivered, adopted outcomes. • Strong management fundamentals with the ability partner with business process owners and hold scope on contained initiatives. • Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently across the full business transformation lifecycle with minimal handholding. • Proven track record optimizing processes and enhancing systems. • Experience in process mapping, requirements documentation, and implementing best practices. • Crisp communication skills across all levels of the organization.
