📋 Description

• Prospect new fintech clients, building out a pipeline via cold outreach, industry events, and lead sources • Manage and grow relationships with existing financial and integration partners • Define and execute go to market strategies aimed at latency-sensitive trading environments, MiFID II / FINRA / CAT compliance, and emerging blockchain timing use cases • Surpass annual sales targets and contribute to forecasting accuracy • Monitor and analyze fintech timing market trends, regulatory changes (e.g. MiFID II clock synchronization, CAT timestamp requirements), and competitive products • Translate client needs into product feedback—work with Engineering & Product Management to refine ST4D offerings • Attend fintech conferences, expos, and client on-sites (travel up to ~25%) to showcase capabilities and secure new business • Leverage CRM (Salesforce or similar) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B technical sales experience • Demonstrated success in fintech or financial infrastructure sectors (trading, exchanges, compliance) • Proven track record in pipeline development, cold outreach, and closing enterprise accounts • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with strong initiative, able to multitask and drive results independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) • Able to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams • Willingness to travel (~25%); comfortable representing ST4D at tradeshows and client meetings
