📋 Description

• As a member of the Operations team, you support clients from a wide range of industries in improving structures and processes along the value chain to enhance competitiveness. • You accompany clients from concept development through to implementation. • You help translate strategies into measurable targets and actionable measures and support their implementation together with our clients. • You will be part of challenging, exciting and varied projects in the area of Operations. • Develop pioneering operations strategies, innovative cost-reduction programs and performance-driven corporate concepts within interdisciplinary project teams. • Safeguard and optimize clients’ production capabilities through the application of various state-of-the-art approaches and tools. • In project teams you will be given (partial) responsibility from the outset for achieving project goals and you will receive the space and support to further develop. • Together with our client, you help define the future of (Digital) Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a university degree in engineering, business administration or natural sciences, preferably with an additional qualification such as a PhD or MBA. • Depending on the role, you have either initial or several years of professional experience — preferably in Lean Management, Production or Product Lifecycle Management. • You have an interest in and/or experience with Industry 4.0 / Digital Operations. • You enjoy working in a team, can quickly grasp complex interrelationships, develop goal-oriented solutions and communicate them effectively, including in English.
