📋 Description

• Schedule appointments for various Specialty Services using the Cornerstone system • Triage urgent calls efficiently and effectively • Process referral calls from outside veterinarians and clients • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately • Respond to internal and external clients in a respectful, friendly, and thorough manner • Provide clients with status updates and patient information • Maintain a detailed-oriented approach while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary medical office experience is required • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred • Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Cornerstone EMR system, Alcatel-Lucent Phone system • Speed typing skills of 40+ wpm required • Ability to provide consistent and exceptional customer service • Pleasant speaking voice • Articulate, dependable, hardworking, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling • Proven experience in a detail-oriented environment.
