•About Hevo: Postman, Zepto, ThoughtSpot, Whatfix, Shopify, DoorDash and thousands of other data-driven companies use Hevo Data's managed Automated Pipelines to consolidate data from multiple sources. •Company: San Francisco/Bangalore-based with 2000+ customers across 40+ countries, backed by Sequoia Capital, Chiratae, and Qualgro. •Mission: Enable every company to be data-driven via no-code Data Pipeline connecting 150+ data sources. •Position: Technical Program Manager to lead and scale TPM function; hands-on senior IC role to build program management function from scratch and drive operational excellence. •Responsibilities: Build TPM function, strategic program leadership, diagnose delivery bottlenecks, ownership & accountability, cross-functional collaboration, process definition & optimization, tooling & reporting (JIRA, Confluence, LinearB, Aha!), risk & dependency management, executive communication. •Why Join Us: High-impact leadership role, autonomy, collaborative culture, competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
🎯 Requirements
•4-10 years of experience in technical program management in SaaS or software product companies. •Hands-on experience in building a program management function from scratch in an established product organization is required. •Strong ability to lead with high ownership, drive execution excellence, and deliver programs that move the business forward. •Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and modern software development practices. •Hands-on expertise with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and LinearB is required. •Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. •Strong technical acumen; ability to engage effectively with engineering on architecture, platforms, and technical trade-offs. •Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus.
