📋 Description
• Handling inbound calls related to prepaid products, plans/tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups and basic technical inquiries • Professional project environment with dedicated points of contact • Flexible working hours within the project — you decide when you work
🎯 Requirements
• Self-employed / freelancer status in your country of residence • Residence outside of Germany • Ability to issue proper invoices to international clients (us) in accordance with the legal requirements of your country • Fulfillment of tax obligations in your own country • German language proficiency at C1/C2 level • Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage • Independent work style and strong organizational skills • Long-term interest in participating in the project • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s) • Headset, two monitors, webcam and a capable PC • Quiet, undisturbed home office (no visibility or access for third parties) • Confident use of web-based tools
