📋 Description

• Accept and independently handle incoming customer calls in a solution-oriented and efficient manner • Communicate professionally, friendly, and service-oriented with our customers • Document and maintain all customer inquiries in the CRM system • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level

🎯 Requirements

• You are eligible to work as a freelancer • You have initial experience in customer service • Your place of work/residence is in the EU (outside Germany), or you are planning to relocate there soon • You have excellent German language skills (C1/C2, verifiable) • Independent working style and high reliability • You have a secure workspace that is not visible or accessible to third parties • You have a desk, an office chair, and the required hardware (PC, two monitors, mouse/keyboard, webcam, headset) • You have a stable wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
